In the last 30 years, I’ve worked in many different areas of the Insurance Industry with a variety of roles. I have experience in Underwriting, Management, and Operations in the areas of  Personal Insurance, Commercial Insurance, Life & Health, and Excess & Surplus Lines  Currently, I manage all Operational aspects of the agency - from employee acquisition, to agency infrastructure and agency efficiencies.

Throughout my insurance career I’ve received professional designations as a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Licensed Insurance Counselor (LIC), Accredited Adviser in Insurance (AAI), and a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR).

I am also very honored to have received the highest leadership award of achievement from Dale Carnegie.

You should also know I’m the 'people mom" to our agency’s Chief Happiness Officer, Mr. Delta, and spend much of my time with him.  He earns his title every day!
